10 Km of Rural Roads to be Paved in Luxor

Managing Director Ms. Soha Soliman and Luxor Governor Mr. Mohamed Badr signed a contract for paving rural roads in the governorate. 
According to the contract, financed at EGP 9 million through the Emergency Labor- Intensive Investment Project, 10 km of rural roads in Luxor will be paved and 37000 man/days will be created in addition to the jobs to be generated through project management and maintenance activities. 
Managing Director said that SFD, since its establishment and up to April 2015, has allocated EGP 373 million to the governorate to finance 43000 small and micro enterprises and generate 66000 job opportunities. She added that human, community infrastructure projects in Luxor have an important share in SFD finance amounting to almost 73 million. These projects have created 25000 jobs for the targeted populations.
